We believe in agile and autonomous workflows with an open-minded spirit. We provide spaces for creativity, individual thought and engagement within all areas of the company. For example:

Sit in the courtyard or on our rooftop terrace and discuss upcoming issues with the backend team in the weekly sprint planning. If it is raining there is a meeting room, too :)

Communicate over Mattermost and know what is going on, leaving a notice for somebody, in the moment you think about it, but read them when you feel ready to.

Use Trello to organize and structure your tasks from idea to backlog, sprint and review.

Challenge your colleagues at X-Box games.

Meet the whole PEAT team at least once a week and get all necessary updates on what every unit is working on.
